Unfortunately, Chypixel has just died. About 2 months ago, Hypixel said they will be ending Hypixel China. As of 10:22 pm EST, the server has shut down permanently. I never played on the server, I dont have the Chinese launcher, nor am I Chinese, and the lag there is horrible. However, the server marked a big step for Hypixel as a whole, seeing as this was their first time having their server run in a country with a foreign government. Who knows, maybe they will eventually spread to other countries too, like North Korea, or Japan.

Oh, and the only reason I knew of this was because of OmicronGaming on YouTube's stream, where he was on the server and looking at it's final moments, and even playing couple games on the server. I dont know if they are still streaming as if me writing this post, but it was up.
