I have made experiements, and come to the conclusion that a true gamer is someone who will stare at the computer screen, to the exclusion of all else, until you pull the plug on their internet, whereupon they will get up, zombielike, and turn it back on. They usually get angry by about the twentieth time this happens, but being a true gamer, and therefore only spending time on games, can do nothing about this.
A true gamer will get very angry when they go back to find their computer lodged in the heating duct.
I am not sure the cause of an of this inexplicable behaviour, but I will continue testing to find out.

Agreed. The only real criteria, in my opinion, is that you enjoy gaming.
