Hi I am looking for a free server hosting company (not aternos or gratis server or minecraftserverforfre) Is there a company that offers 24/7 free servers? If so reply to this with a web link thanks.

Well to answer your question unlike everybody else no there is not. Although there are a few sites that will give you a free server TEMPORARILY meaning that if nobody is online/theres an open server slot (15 out of 16 people are online for example) the server will shut down and you will need to manually restart it. So for a short answer no there is not and even if there was it would probably have pretty horrible lag.
Hosting a server costs money (power, internet bills etc) asking for a free hosting company is like asking for someone to give you money.
A web adress is basicly a ip.
No a web adress is called URL.
