What Are You Excited for the Newly released 1.4 update?
hi. i'm ingen159260 and I would like to hear what people have to say about the upcoming update, 1.4. Tell me anything your excited for or not exicied for.
Hope this gets some people who haven't heard about any of the awesome 1.4 out
My thing to be exicted about is Carrots. They will just make everyone happy. especially since the new potions, night vison and invistiblty, require carrots and bats just look really cool. they'll make minecraft even better. So speak your mind about 1.4. oh and there will be some spoilers so yeah. And if you want to tell what your excited about in 1.5 please tell.

What is the point of potatoes and carrots? but the dye-able armor is decent

Item frames I can have a shop! Bats are so cute I'll trap oone or when I mine I have a good friend! Zombie villagers..... You should able to trade with them and they try to kill zombies!

I'm kinda excited for the update. I want to see all the new features such as witches but I feel as if it's a bit rushed. Now you might be asking how could it be rushed? My favorite time in Minecraft was between 1.2.5 and 1.3 because all my servers started settling in with their maps and there was this just peaceful time. All of sudden we're back into updates going pretty fast in my opinion. 1.4 for me is good and bad. At least it's more good.

I'm pretty excited about everything in the update (mostly carrot on a stick, item frames, beacons, the new potions, entities being able to travel through portals, and the new map functionality) but I fail to see how bats are awesome or make the game better in any way. They're completely pointless.

So you want the game to be re-made where it has less features and get a lot of people mad because they lost a lot of cool stuff in the game?

The things I am most excited for is speccially baby mobs and the cobblestone barriers

I'm excited about the new cobble and mossy cobble walls, DEFINITELY the bats, the Wither Boss, the beam, maybe the witch, the Wither Skeletons, but I don't like mobs with armor. The reason why is, if you look at ANY player, they look retarted with only leggings on (no matter what type of leggings).

The light fixes. We've had them since alpha, and they just got to it.
they moved the lighting fixes to 1.5
i think it will be EPIC to be able to mod a server and the client will get the mods itself i dont need to sit there in 50 minuts to get the 54 mods to stop crashing.
I've found you can customize zombies by giving them tools and armor.
I even saw one have a golden apple that I dropped when trying to cure a zombie villager.I saw another with a door.
You can give them armor and they wear it.
EDIT: You can give Skeletons armor and tools too :3

ThatGuy0965plus a new dimension for the Wither. i dont like the thought of having a boss in the overworld you know?
You need 3 Wither Skeleton skulls and 4 SoulSand blocks in order to summon it, and you can just summon it in the Nether.Its supposed to be a Nether Boss anyway.

Just the mobs and decorations. Patatoes sound cool but whitches won't be that great, just sound cool. Also invisibility.

My Fav Stuff Is Wall Frames! Any Mobs Can Go In The Nether+Animals Too, Corner Stairs, Pots Thats It But I Also Want To Know Do You Know When 1.4 Comes Out?

I was hoping that Mojang would add more dragons to the game.
Also, I like the flying ring.
I personally think that the Witch should drop a broom, and have the bats drop bat wings. Then you should be able to craft two bat wings with a broom and have a flying broomstick, in which you can fly up to 35 Blocks above the surface you took off from, or just hang with the Ender Dragon.
