You can hold more than 100 slots. If you have a good connection, you should be able to host that many.

do you know alot about plugins
You would obviously need a permissions system. Somtimes hosting a server just straight up via the .bat can be hard though if you get mcmyadmin it can make it a lot easier the admins can start the server check it out if you want to.
