I'll just post a list of Biomes:
Plains
Mushroom
Desert
Ocean
Beach

Forest
Taiga
Tundra
Jungle
Plain
Island

Mine is the Mushroom because Mooshrooms are my friends.
Others would be Desert because of Build Space.
and the Jungle because they're beautiful.

Jungles,mountains, and snow biomes. Nothing beats em.

Mushroom biome caz I'm awesome like that

You guys may hate me for this, but mine is the plains biome.

At first I thought the Jungle biome was pretty cool, until I realized how CPU intensive it is, how common (for me anyways) to spawn in it, and how there is very limited building space. I also hate the Snow biome, because of the snow itself. It gets annoying to go mining and come back to find my house and ALL THE THINGS covered in it.

Swamps, and mushroom islands.

I like exploring mountains in creative, but I like living in a field, so I have room to build, but next to a forest, so I can get wood.

The mountain biome is probably my favorite, because I love giant mountains with overhangs, and floating dirt blocks.

Jungles and Shrooms.

Jungle biome,cuz of the huge trees and cool ocelots,he i get lots of wood with it and the anti-creeper mob is great

My favorite biome is the foresty mountains with valleys and rivers....

Jungle biomes with the super high trees and the cheetahs

i like the really crazy high mountains with rivers through them, just for epic backgrounds

the snowy biomes are nice too because they offer a nice survival feeling.

I will say Jungel or dessert

I'd say swanp, hills, or jungle cause it makes really great background/enviraments for my builds.
