Costom Mod, Modpack, and TexturePacl need created!

Hello fellow Mincrafters!
My name is GTGaming_ otherwise GabeToxicGaming. I am a Youtuber and I need a costom modpack with a texture pack and a costom mod. I'm not willing to pay... BUTT (lel)... I'm willing to make a trade. I am a master at Adobe Muse which is a website creator. I will make 1 website for a Mod creator, 1 for the Modpack crearor, and 1 for the TexturePack creator. If thats no good enough I'll even put in a 25$ gamestop giftcard if you can do ALL of it! The mod will be called The Moppy Mod (tell you over skype) and the modpack will be called GTModpack this will all be in 1.7.10. I need it done in 1 month starting May 6th. So I need your responces due by May 6th. I will give a 3 weeks after a months time if needed!

What will be the final goal of the modpack? What sort of mods? We need info.

We might need more information. How many mods? What mods? What do you want the texture pack to include? Et cetera
