Custom Modpack Feasibility: "You Are (Not) Alone"
"In an undefined point in the future, Starliners Mattrick, Chicoski, Stevensson, Baba, Inafune and Miyamoto were caught in a stray black hole. Stevensson and Inafune Starliners went astray from the black hole's path and ended up in an unknown universe. Chicoski's passengers ended up in mass suicide due to stress. Mattrick and Miyamoto are still alive but... we ended up in a different world, away from our own.
Here I am, one of those lucky survivors of the downed Starliner Miyamoto. We cannot go back to our homeworld due to our engine's uncalled destruction, all we can do now is... start again in the new world..."

With the story blurb above, what mods can be fitted to this setting? This modpack is all about exploration, starting again, and being a (modern) fish out of the water in epic proportions.

how about buildcraft, industrialcraft, thermal expansion, ect.
Ideas:
- Galacticraft (travel through space)
- Chocobos (a very good way to travel)
- Herbology (create medicines with special effects)
- Dimensional Doors (cool dimensions you can use for storage and more)
- Mutant Creatures (amazing mini-bosses)
- Chocolate Quest (amazing dungeons that come with bosses)

Great ideas! I am also considering to add Mo' Creatures, and Custom NPCs at one point. The last thing I'll even bother adding is Divine RPG storywise.

Mo'Creatures is going to say no. Only the Yogscast has permission to use Mo'Creatures in modpacks.

That's my blatant nod to Evangelion. I might change my modpack's name as "Marooned Hot-blooded Hero and the Blocky Empire" if ever.

Hmm... You are giving him hope to go back to his universe, only to find out that he's at another Solar System.
Also, here's the twist, though it might not happen in the game directly... The Starliner Baba (as in those Tales jRPG guys) landed safely in that world in a way.
