HELP SMP SUPPORT!
Hello all you modders!
So i have made a normal client mod that adds some mobs to the game. I have been getting coments to make it work with multiplayer.
But i have no idea how to actualy make it compatible with multiplayer.
So i am asking can someone help?
If you know a good modloader tutorial that explains how to make your mod SMP compatible or can you explain somehow?
Thanks in advance!

Yeah but I don't really like forge.
Forge changes almost every single thing about coddling.
I am more comfortable with modloader for now.
Plus why do people think that forge is better than modloader.
Everything you do in forge can be done in modloader one way or another

Ahem.
You don’t like Forge eh? Well, let me change your stance on that.
What makes forge better than Modloader? Well, to start off it has all that modloader has, dozens of hooks to allow for compatibility between the mods, it’s open source so anyone can request, or even add in their own hooks for it, on the other hand Risugami is closed to requests and modloader hasn’t gotten any significant development for a long time (correct me if I’m wrong).
Pretty much, Forge > Modloader in every respect, in fact, as of now their objective is to become the only mod you’ll ever need to install in the minecraft jar, so that in itself should be an incentive to take the leap. If you’re still using Modloader, just change to Forge, it’s for the best, really.
