Alrighty, heres the story lol...
I've seen youtube videos, some instructions here and there on how to place a mod in your minecraft.jar file so and so.. But I always seem to mess up and then start over again. I need a simple, step-by-step instruction on how to place a mod in minecraft correctly. And I'm talking like INSTALLING MODS FOR DUMMIES! xDD All I wanted was the Rei's Mini Map mod installed. Can anyone help?
I have Windows 7, not Mac.

Don't even bother with all that, I do it myself my my friends are lazy. Try this site its got all the mod on it already. Hope this save you time and trouble. http://www.skydaz.com/
