Try looking up a tutorial on YouTube to install Optfine (if you haven't) or look up the problem on Google to see how others dealt with the issue. That's the best advice I can give you with the lack of information.
What version of Minecraft are you using optifine with?

All in all, the least we will need is a screenshot of what it looks like.

It's probably the Optifine version. Try updating it. And update java, that always helps.
