Adventure Craft in need of Staff and Builders Still looking
This server is a Survival server, with a creative world for donators along with many games on the side such as CTF, Team Deathmatch, Spleef, and Bomberman. These games will involve levelling up your character with magic in one world and regular survival in the other.
The server had but lost its player base do to a long list of host related problems. We are now positioned on a stable host! I need some staff to help build the Adventure Craft that I have pictured. The positions i am looking for are [Builder] [Moderator] [Developer] [Coder] [Graphis Artist] Please apply to the one most suited to your abilities, the name describes the primary role, however there could still be some crossing over of the jobs, for example developer is to help with server related work, but is obviously welcome to hang out on the server and build (when no players are in need of assistance).
[Builder]
I need builder to help finish the spawn that will be released after 1.3, it will be developed in a 1.3 prerelease map. Please attach some pictures of your builds if you are applying for this position.
[Moderator]
The job of a moderator is to keep a close eye on players, answering any questions they may have with the server. To do this they should be familiar with general commands, the servers theme and how it runs. Moderators put the player first and rollback any griefing, and jail/ban/mute rule breakers. Another very important role of a moderator is to make new players feel at home and welcome; to do this they should answer any questions, ask if they need anything, or show them around if you have the time, maybe even play a game or two of capture the flag with them.
[Developer]
Developers are to help keep the server up and running, solve any errors in the console, and update plugins when needed. You should have some experience with servers for this position.
[Coder]
For this position I need someone that is good with java, javascript, css, html, etc. This person will work with the graphic artist to improve our website to its full potential. They should also be able to make very basic or magicspells for our magicspells plugin.
[Graphic Artist]
The person in this position would make graphic art for the server, possibly for the website background, banners etc. Please provide links to examples of your work.

Why Am I Applying?: Really.. It's somewhat hard to find a server that lasts long, and a staff that is actually dedicated and not in it for "powers". I apply on several servers, being accepted, and finding myself in an environment not worthwhile.I find owners that are really bad at spelling and have a lot of grammatical errors, and don't put that much time to support their own server. With you, on the other hand, I find this as a great opportunity to expand my experience into a server that will last long and a server that I'll enjoy in.

Why should I be Administrator?: Overall, I would think of myself as a great position as an Operator as I've handled the job quite nicely in the past.
Have you ever been banned for griefing? Would you grief?: I wouldn't think so. No I wouldn't grief at all. As an operator, it wouldn't be best to grief the server for several reasons. First, it would put off a bad reputation, and trying to apply for operator just to grief isn't really the right thing to do.
What is your server managing experience?: I currently own my own server, so I do know the basics on how to manage a server. I've been a co-owner in the past several times, and admins on past servers before they became inactive.
Are you trustable? 1-10?: 10. I would say so. If anything, tell me what I need to do to gain your trust .
How mature are you? 1-10?: 9.5. I'm mostly in a serious mood when it comes to problems related to the server, but I do have a funny side as well.
Do you have a skype?: I do, if accepted, I'll give the information. (Not sure if the voice affects anything, but if it does, be warned.)
How often do you play?: Basically, 24/7. I have two days until school ends, so expect me to be on often.
Can you advertise?: Of course, whatever is needed to populate the server.
If there was a hacker/griefer, what steps would you take before,during and after?: Usually, I would notice a griefer/hacker right away, depending on the actions they do in the server. I usually tp to people often, to check on them on daily periods. If there is a chance that there is a situation of a hacker, I'l immediately re-act according to the situation. Usually, I'll temporary ban them depending on bad they griefed. If it was something too paramount, I would immediately ban, and find a way to fix the situation. I suggest using NoCheat+ or any other plugin that can reduce the amount of griefers/hackers.
Extra: I'm a decent builder, and is already familar with the commands given in Bukkit/Other common plugins (Such as World Edit/World Guard.) Depending on the structures, I'm more familar in creating large, detailed castles, or buildings with a medieval look. I'll try my best to exchange my ideas to the server, and to promote it the best way possible. I'm pretty dedicated, and hopefully, we can work to make this a popular server. I'm pretty great at spelling and grammar, so I see myself at the paramount of my position.

Will you help players when they need it: Yes I would, it's my job as an operator to keep a safe, comfortable enviorment, and I'm open to any suggestions or to help if needed.
Why should I be Administrator?: Overall, I would think of myself as a great position as an Operator as I've handled the job quite nicely in the past.
Have you ever been banned for griefing? Would you grief?: I wouldn't think so. No I wouldn't grief at all. As an operator, it wouldn't be best to grief the server for several reasons. First, it would put off a bad reputation, and trying to apply for operator just to grief isn't really the right thing to do.
What is your server managing experience?: I currently own my own server, so I do know the basics on how to manage a server. I've been a co-owner in the past several times, and admins on past servers before they became inactive.
Are you trustable? 1-10?: 10. I would say so. If anything, tell me what I need to do to gain your trust .
How mature are you? 1-10?: 9.5. I'm mostly in a serious mood when it comes to problems related to the server, but I do have a funny side as well.
Do you have a skype?: I do, if accepted, I'll give the information. (Not sure if the voice affects anything, but if it does, be warned.)
How often do you play?: Basically, 24/7. I have two days until school ends, so expect me to be on often.
Can you advertise?: Of course, whatever is needed to populate the server.
If there was a hacker/griefer, what steps would you take before,during and after?: Usually, I would notice a griefer/hacker right away, depending on the actions they do in the server. I usually tp to people often, to check on them on daily periods. If there is a chance that there is a situation of a hacker, I'l immediately re-act according to the situation. Usually, I'll temporary ban them depending on bad they griefed. If it was something too paramount, I would immediately ban, and find a way to fix the situation. I suggest using NoCheat+ or any other plugin that can reduce the amount of griefers/hackers.
Extra: I'm a decent builder, and is already familar with the commands given in Bukkit/Other common plugins (Such as World Edit/World Guard.) Depending on the structures, I'm more familar in creating large, detailed castles, or buildings with a medieval look. I'll try my best to exchange my ideas to the server, and to promote it the best way possible. I'm pretty dedicated, and hopefully, we can work to make this a popular server. I'm pretty great at spelling and grammar, so I see myself at the paramount of my position.
