If I were the server owner of a very crappy hamachi server, I would still say no... I'm just gonna let you know right now, nobody is going to let a newbie have access to everything that they own on a server, without giving an application to fill out, or unless you are very trusted.... Go fill out some apps, nobody is going to let you admin on there server with no information about you...
