[What is Ascadia]
AscadiaMC is an upcoming RPG & adventure server which will be incorporated with custom and unique features, such as Custom Mods where you fight creatures beyond your imagination, Custom items to conquer and dominate your enemies, and an interactive storyline that will define your character.

[More Unique Features:]

• Incorporating staff members into the story: Instead of having the boring and usual NPC characters giving players quests and tasks to do, we came up with the idea of having staff members play out a character roles to provide a better role play experience.
  

• Raid bosses: Tired of the usual simple mob boss like the ender dragon or wither, well we decided to get rid of that and create a type of raid boss. Where players will be required to work together, solve puzzles and platforms, fight through mini bosses and eventually reaching the raid boss. To which again, allowing a better role play experience.
  

• Exclusive classes: As like every other RPG server, we planned to add classes into the game. However we also plan to create more exclusive classes that can be rewarded to players, by having them complete special quest-lines or events.
  

[What are we looking for]
With so many ideas that the server is planning to incorporate, we'll need applicants to take on certain positions they are suited in, such as:

[Requirements]
Before applying for a position, we expect staff members to have:

• Experience in the role they're applying for (So if you're gonna apply for staff management team, be sure to provide an actual resume)
  
• Must have discord (there are no expectations for this requirement)
  
• Must be over 15 years old (however expectations can be made)
  
• Must be humble, show loyalty and enthusiastic about helping the server.
  
• Must also be patient and show maturity.
