Better horse breeding plugin request

Hello. I recently created a horse breeding farm on the Kings and Glory dark fantasy roleplaying server, and i just noticed you need gold carrots to breed them, which is very impractical for roleplay as it is a waste of gold (Money) to do as it just deletes the money. Could anyone create a plugin that allows horses to breed with normal carrots instead of gold carrots?
