I've used all three, but PEX is my personal preference. They all work the same, it just comes down to syntax.

How much experience do you have in moderating a server? I actually used to own my own server, so I'm pretty good at it, I have been staff on quite a few servers and have been playing Minecraft for almost 5 years!
What can you do to benefit the server? Well, I just love helping others! I would like a shot at this, I know I am young but I have very many good qualities! I would make sure everyone is having a good time, I always like it when other people are happy, I would make sure NO rules were being broken, the best way to explain this is a scenario so here is one:

How much experience do you have in moderating a server? I have a good amount of experience as I have been Moderator on 2 other server before they shut-down because of not being able to pay. I'm good with commands and would be a great help.

How much experience do you have in moderating a server? Administrated on mcsimplegaming for a few years, was a helper on SkyPixelmon, and was executive(Head)staff for a friends server that never really took off. So all in all I have about 4 years of experience under my belt.
What can you do to benefit the server? I know all of the basic and special rules of dealing with spammers, rude player, hackers, and glitchers. I have experience with the factions plugins and can help as needed. I'm an open minded learner and can tolerate anyone being immature but will not let it slide under the table at all. I do believe in a strict interpretation of the rules and punishment policies. Other than that I'm a peoples person. I was one the Head Grass gym leader for SkyPixelmon, owned by SkyDoesMinecraft before he quit it, which required me to interview and battle and assist many people, over 200, on a day to day basis. I know how hard it can be to manage a group of people below me and my management skills are pretty good. I've never had a person quit due to my methods but have fired many people.
