Builders needed for Futuristic spawn!

Soon I will be opening a server called FutureRealms, it is a towny based server where players can open and manage their own towns. I still need a good spawn, so if you like to help, your welcome!
Builders will receive ( During the project ) the following :
Worldedit
( We might install Voxelsniper if needed )
Creative
When the spawn is done, all builders will receive a special rank ( Idk which one ), they will receive unlimited 50 x 50 plots ( Maybe bigger ), and you are more than welcome for future projects.
The spawn should be futuristic / modern and focussed on nature ( Anno 2070 can be taken as a good example ). But these ideas will be discussed in the server.
