Builders Needed for Nations Server

Centuries Gaming is looking for builders to develop a spawn for their Nations server. You will be working alongside one or two other builders and will need to work together in order to complete the build.
At the bottom of this post there is an image of what we have so far.
Volunteers are preferred and welcomed, but if you think you're skilled enough and can show off those skills, we can discuss compensation.

I dont completly understand what the theme of your server is and what the server is all about?

The server has two nations. The towns inside those nations act as strategic defense points for the nation. If a conflict arises, one nation can declare war on the other, enabling PvP and signaling the towns to either prepare for an attack, or prepare to aid the attack on the other nation.
The plugin we use to manage the wars allow for a certain amount of 'defense points' that each town has. Once a town's points reaches zero, the ownership of the town is moved to the attacking nation.
