What do you think makes you right to be a admin:
I know a lot about plugins, permissions, and I've been staff several times before, I know how to do my job, and I love helping people out with their problems!
How would you deal with a griefer:
If you have CoreProtect, I'll first of all write /co rollback u:player t:time r:radius, and rollback him. Then I'll probably tempban him for a couple days. Perhaps a week, tops. And if you don't have CoreProtect, Get it
How would you deal with a out of control mod:
I would tell him private that he can't act like he's acting. Not in open chat though, that wouldn't be so professional. If he doesn't stop, I'll demote him! (If I have permissions for it, if not I will tell you to demote him.) If he still doesn't behave, tempban.
Have you ever been banned on a server if so why:
Sadly, yes. It was on a norwegian server, about 2-3 years ago for xraying. I feel really bad though, and it won't happen again! I promise!!!
Now I have a question, what is the server type? And also, what's the ip? Tell me in pm

What makes you right to be a mod: I love helping out communities and making games fair and enjoyable for users. I am experienced when it comes to being a Mod on a server and know the basic plugins and what not for Minecraft servers. I am loyal and easy to get along with.
How would you deal with another mod being out of control: I would explain to them that their behavior is unacceptable, and they should settle down and be a role model for the Community.
How would you deal with someone spamming chat: If it is a constant spam with no breaks in between I would kick them with the reason: Please do not spam. But if they are spamming at a slower pace I would ask them to stop first, and if they do not I would kick. And If each of them come back and keep doing it ...It would be a ban.
