Hey guys im trying to get my server popular but i need a developer to help me and my other developer with it you have to know how to create plugins and customize them according to my instruction. i am sorry but i cant pay anyone right now because i am a little tight on cash right now but once i get donators i can pay someone a little

You don't pay for plugin development. -_-
I can make a fairly advanced plugin in 1-4 hours. And since its basic code, its not alot of work.
