Empty Space Gaming is a factions PVP server created by Nik5345 and Co-Owned by MC_gnome. The server itself will revolve around faction wars for loot and other goods. The server will have a strong economy and money earned will be used to support your faction to help it grow and prosper.
The staff
The Owners (Me and MC_gnome) both have a lot of experience in minecraft servers and MC_gnome knows the inside and out. He is frequently hired by other servers to get them up and running (For a small fee) and most of them have been successful. He also has owned 5 servers in the past, the last one having over 1000 registered users and 40-90 players on throughout the day. I have also previously owned server which got quite successful.
Moderators and Admins are being recruited at the moment however the selection process is tough and requires good knowledge of the server.
Plugins
On the ESG Factions server, we include plugins which make your experience on the server more enjoyable and unique. One of our plugins lets you use shouts such as Fus Ro Dah. This makes PvP battles more interesting, and every player who signs up on our website gets access to these shouts. However, we have edited this feature of the server, so it is not too annoying and over powered; everyone will find this enjoyable.
As the title may suggest, our server includes the famous Factions server, which brings PvP to a whole new level. We combined two plugins together, so making and using Factions will be more rewarding. All of the plugins which are currently installed are not final, and more may be added or removed.
Donations
Donations will not be Pay to Win as Pay to Win servers quite frankly suck and ruin the experience for everyone else. However the donation will be worth the purchase as all donation go to the server and will keep it running for as long as possible. Currently, we have 3 donation packages; Advanced, Premium and Deluxe. The Advanced pack being the cheapest yet still decent package for our regular players, and the Deluxe pack being the most costly yet the best.
Like we have mentioned before, these packs are not Pay to Win, but they include fun perks.
The forums

We expect most players to be frequently active on the forums for many reasons.
1. Helps you gain server knowledge. If people don't know what the server is about then it will cause confusion for them.
2. Keeping up to date with news. We will frequently post updates on Opening times, Maintenance schedules, new features and more.
3. Get closer to the community. Is your active with the community it makes the server a lot more fun for you and other people.
4. To learn the rules. This comes under server knowledge however you must know the rules in order to play the server.
5. To improve chances of becoming staff. If your an active, well recognized server member then it will greatly improve your chance of becoming staff. Also if you make good friends to support your application then that will also help you.
Closed Alpha
The closed Alpha will begin on the 18th of December, 19:00 GMT. Players who join will be greeted by me, Nik5345, and my co-owner, MC_gnome. To join the Alpha, you will have to apply. But don't worry, our applications for the Alpha are not strict or hard to get into; everyone will be accepted. All of the information on how to apply for the closed Alpha can be found on http://www.emptyspacegaming.enjin.com.
So what is the closed Alpha for? When you are part of the Alpha, you will be helping us find any bugs and glitches, whilst having fun on the server. So when the server is released, we would have solved all of the bugs and glitches currently present ingame.
