Help with World Guard Plugin

Hello I am needing some help with the worldguard plugin on my new server. I want to set it up to have players build in some areas and not in other areas on the server. the easiest way is creating regions with //region define 'region name' after right/left clicking the region, then doing //region flag __Global__ build deny (To deny globally) and //region flag 'Region name' build allow
minus the quotations, this will allow building in only the select regions and deny building anywhere else. and you can do greet/exit messages as well. in a similar manor my skype is godlikewars if you need further help.
