So hopeless. am I the only one?
Is there anyone out there who does not like applying for these servers? I think it is blatantly wrong. We are not going to get paid for our services so why do we have to go through so much trouble? I would absurdly love to be a admin and a mod, just I don't think it is worth it to waste time on a thing that you might never EVER get a reply on.

I agree. The screening process to determine who becomes moderator or not is an important process. It seperates the griefers from the helpers.
Its not like its that hard. Not like a Job app. Its more for screening purposes. Owners need to know you and trust you before anything and the app helps with this process. Ive seen many a server fail because of a bad moderator.
