Hey guys, I was wondering how I would add enchants to a kit using essentials

Here is what I would need:
Full diamond armor with prot 3 unbreaking 1
a sharp 3 diamond sword with fire aspect 2
eff 3 unbreaking 1 tools
And a bunch of splash pvp potions

How do I do it? I THOUGHT it was metadata, but I guess it just changes it's durability….?
