A great plugin to use is the Heroes plugin. It adds all sorts of cool things like classes and abilities. You can be a mage, warrior, rogue, and many other things. How about the mob arena plugin? It's a fun plugin to team up with your friends and try to survive a wave of mobs.

You should maybe make an epic minez server i found plugins that can match up to it.

I can make the website if needed and not a nooby old enjin if your wondering.

Hey guys, I've been noticing a lot of pretty bad quailty servers on PMC. I have the resources available to make a server, but I need help from all of you to make it successful! Just say some of the ideas you have, from plugins, to really anything. You will be rewarded on the server once it's created for helping out!

why not make a horror server? most servers are pvp, mcmmo, mobarena cloned copies of eachother. why not make it scary? a custom world with worldpainter, herochat to localize chat, bloodmoon to make mobs tough and some other things.

ummmm... notice how this whole forum is turning into a 'looking for moderators for my new server!' type of forum? he asked for plugin ideas, not mod applications!

i say get multi world and have every ty[e of sevrer there can be pvp,raid,build,and vanila (probbly more)

Honestly, no offense to the post above, but I think that pvp is the worst type of server. It is too overused, and 9 times out of 10 it is overall terrible.

If i can be Admin that would be great.

If you make it PVP, make it a different PVP server. 9/10 servers are PVP. If it's PVP make great plugins, faction, towny, mob disguise for people who have played responsibly for awhile, not the newbies. I'll PM you my main idea. Don't want it used!

You Should definitely get an economy plugin, mob arena, spleef, server signs, and some sort of shop plugin, also factions and factions+

How do you handle tuff senerios/situations?:My friends hunger games sever would crash alot so i would face hordes of screaming mad raging people. I can keep cool and for some reason [I personaly dont see it] people say i can calm them down.

Good application, however, in order to really judge a person for a staff position I have to see them in-game and make sure they follow the rules and help players out. I'll let you know when everything is set up.

Experience: I am pretty experienced at being staff. I have previously had 3 staff positions. In addition to this I am very experienced with some plugins especially permissionsEx. I will set up a great permissionsEx system for you if you choose me to be one of your staff. I have also played minecraft since 1.7.3 beta and know every block and item.
Why I want to be moderator: I want to be moderator for generally the same reason as you want to create a good PMC server. Most servers out there are pretty badly built, and run. I will help change this in assisting you make this the best server of all time! Also, I will also keep to the rules and ensure that players are keeping to them. If given, I will never abuse my power and never betray you or any of the other staff. I mean what is the point of betrayal? A n00by habit, that all it is. And I can assure you I am certainly not a n00b! I will help players always and will be active on the server (mostly on weekends). I can also help build as I am okay at that (7/10).

you should have deathtrap jails at the spawn for griefers and spammers. people at the spawn can press a button to kill the prisoners if you're not redstone savy, i may be able to build the jails for you. you just need to make sure each jail can't be warped out of and prisoners spawn in the jail when they die

Also, try to avoid that plugin that makes you wait to teleport or warp. Many people hate it.

I recommend a sorta futuristic spawn using redstone and other stuff. Like have a noob room: "Press button for noob kit!" Stone tools fall down. And piston doors to get in and out of spawn.

It would be cool to add a Team Deathmatch sort of thing like a warp possibly? That would be cool,i hardly see any server that has that.

I was thinking about a greek style server...and since you have a roman server we all can haver server wars... [even though in history the romans are the greeks] (but shhhhh)
