Looking for help with Groupmanager permissions file!

Okay so I'm doing perms and something has gone wrong... the thing is I can't see the problem. I have posted a pastebin link below. Please leave a comment here either telling me where the problem is and what I need to change, in some way.

If there is more than one error then please make your own paste and highlight the bits you have changed (so I can check that it wont break nothing).

Sorry for the delay, I'm not quite sure what is going on but basically cos we have a load of ranks and prefixes set up they all disappear when i upload this file and when i do /listgroups it comes up with a message in chat saying:
"All commands are locked due to and error, Check the log and then try a '/manload'."
(It's only groupmanager commands that are locked)
