I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable in setting up plugins and permissions.

You don't have to develop a new plugin , but rather, make the existing plugins work for our server. See info below:

Our aim in our server is to achieve a "vanilla experience" with just as little plugins as possible but making it sure that Survival and Economy works. Ranks will have a few commands that will be available for specific ranks.

No pay for the time being but when we get the server up and running, we will make sure to compensate you for your effort. We will also try to see if we can pull a little budget if you want to get paid.

Do note that we want to sorted asap so make sure you have time allocated to do this as soon as possible.
