MINECRAFT SERVER NEED STAFF (DEV AND BUILDERS ATM)

Hey guys today i am recruiting some staff for a new server! i mostly need builders and dev, so applying for admin, mod etc will most likely be denied!
Also you will not get ip unless you have skype and your application has to be good. If you apply for builder please add images or it is automatically denied. We are looking for very good devs and builders! Just as a note we aren't going to pay builders, sorry!

Experience: I have owned 2 servers in the past and have been admin on 4. I have also coded 1 KitPvP plugin but I lost the file for that so
Why i should pick you: I have experience with console and coding plugins. I am not one of those people who make force OP plugins. If I get OP what will I do with it? Destroy the server? Doing that does not benefit me at all. It only hurts both of us because I would get banned and your server would be destroyed. So I will not abuse my power.
