In need of Staff members for new creative server!

Hi guys!
I have just set up a 30 slot creative server with various plugins and already have a few admins.
HOWEVER I am in desperate need of [Staff] members to moderate the server and judge player's builds in order for them to get a promotion and move up the ranks. Staff members will have access to all Mod commands such as /kick and /ban as well as /vanish etc.
I am looking for trustworthy players and excellent builders who know the standards well and can catch on.
The amount of staff positions will depend on the amount of great applications.
