^^ Do what they say,try to get a ratio of 5 staff for every 20 players.

IRL friends as staff is always your best bet. You can call them or text them and pester them. I wish I had IRL friends that played MC so they could help me run my server. LOL.

See this crap. Everyone says im great staff! although they dont even know yet what todo. I got some better advice as im yo mod or im yo admin... Ask irl friends to help abit. After 2 weeks you can see who the trustfull and active players are. Let them make an application via email or either book and quill. And then together with other people make your choice.

In all seriousness, I could help if you need it, I basically ran a tekkit server for 4 months...

If you're looking for players, tell them you need staff. If you really need staff, tell them they have to make an application using the powerful book and quill.
