If there was a griefer, I would notify higher staff members, and jail/ban depending on what commands I am given.

I have been the head-mod/ builder is a couple servers, builder in many, and ran a server until my computer crashed a while ago. I have experience dealing with people who do not do are a disappointment to the server, but I am still a fun enough player and makes friends with the players .
