Just a general statement, if you dont diamond and vote for the server, maybe its because you dont like it... and if you dont like it why would you wanna be staff?

It just makes me think that you want to be staff to grief the server...

On the other hand, if you do vote and diamond, it shows how you do like the server and want it to get more successful, popular etc.

So basically if you cant show your support, there is no use in applying.
