(New Server) Requiring a build team 4-9 people(And Staff)

Hello! I am masterccc , A friend and I are starting a vanilla MC Server!

*Nameless - WE NEED NAME we can have fun naming it later
*16Gigs ram allocated at the moment / may become 32 later
*Planned to be a multiworld running a Hardcore PvP factions, creative and (Survival/rp/or hunger games) Depends
*Will be 24/7
* Has 150 slots atm

*At the moment we Seriously require builders to help with spawns
and a lobby (They will become server wide staff) 4-9 people required
* A few trusted staff members (Need to be different time zones for day and night staff)
*Later more staff can be added

If you want to help with the building of the spawns
I will need to the following
-Age (Sadly we will be VERY strict on this one 16+ will be best)*This does not mean we wont accept under 16 but it will be harder for you
-TimeZone (Builders WILL need to be in the range of GMT - GMT+04:00 around European time)*This is so all of us can build as a team
-Communication (We will all need to be able to communicate to eachother)* What forms of communication do you have? DO NOT POST ANYTHING YET WITH NUMBERS AND USERNAMES just state what you can communicate by
-Times you are open (We will need to plan the best times to build for all of us)

1. You cant build like a six year old , ill post a picture of a build to resemble the build skill required
2. Attach a build or a few that are made by you and PROOF!!! of the build being yours(if i find you didn't build this , your application will be ignored)
3.I will need you to at least be able to work with others and to be a friendly respectful person
4.If possible you should learn w/e (Basics and Advanced) but this isn't necessary but it'll affect the time taken to Open the server to the public

*It'll be an English server ( )
*Ill leave this post open for a few weeks or so untill we have enough worthy builders
and or staff members
*Staff members will be informed if they are accepted but wont get beta access on the server Untill it is ready
*We will accept any PLUGIN creators or Coders as such but you'll need to prove to us you can provide these skills , say if you were going to create a website for us you wouldnt use ENJIN (This role will be the same as a normal staff app but of course you'll need to know your "stuff" and you will be accepted in the beta
*We are open to name Ideas HIT US WITH YOUR BEST STUFF!!!
*I hope to see many skillful people apply and lets hope to make this a server one ,we will never forget!
*The ip isn't set and wont be released to public ,but the Beta staff will receive this ip

By E-Mail, Skype calls or chat.
Better on weekends, yet I may be able to sparatically help during the week (For when school starts). Still during this summer and future ones, I can plan accordingly from my activities.

My skin is the green guy in the photos for proof, if you want more proof, you can come see those builds on the Mithrintia server (msg me for IP if you need). I know all basic WE and VS, and it is not a problem to learn more according to what skills I'll need.
