Skills: Well i have owned my own server, i have been playing minecraft since beta 1.7, i helped make a lot of maps for my friends so i guess building, i can build ether exactly what i am asked to build or very close to what i was asked to build (Ex. Build Black Beards Flagship i wouldn't get it 100% but maybe like 82% right.), i am not easy to persuade into getting away with something, i am good with banning/Tempbanning/Kicking/Ect., i am good with groupmanager plugin permissions, i can make up a ok story line for a map (if that would count.), i can keep chats clean, can stay on for 3-5 hours a day and like 2-4 times a week, i can act like a hackers friend till the moment i ether Temp ban or Perm Ban him/her, and i am easy to work with in a team work build.
Weaknesses: quite a bit of Redstone work, building with more then 4 people without a mic, and coding (Ex.C++).

What experience have you had as admin/moderator/staff?: I have been admin on 6 servers, all of which I have been a key staff member as well as one of the most active. I have been mod 3 times and I was frequently told I would be made admin if the position was empty. I was co-owner on my friends server (although I did most of the work as he was not experienced) and also on another server which shut down due to lack of funding. I was owner once of my server called TurkeyCraft. This means I have server management skills and experience as well as the ability to communicate and entertain players.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: I would like to become an admin to help the server grow and become evermore epic, as well as to protect the server from hackers/cheats.
How do you solve problems?: I tend to solve problems through communication. For example is there was a dispute I wouldn't just through out a ban. I would talk to the people and reach a valid conclusion. I also take a lot of screenshots so that there is no dispute over bans.
How well do you behave around people?: I try to be as mature and responsible around players at all times. I also try and get to know other staff as well as socialise with the users in general.
Are you mature? Most of the time I am polite and I always obey server rules and orders from my superiors. I can become annoyed when players are rude or repeatedly break the rules but usually I just ban/jail/mute them.
Do you get along with others(Nothing's worse than 5 admins arguing with each other)?: I always get along with staff and if I don't I just don't talk to them or minimise occasions when I do instead of starting arguments or blowing things up. If I see other staff/players argueing I do intervene although if it gets too out of hand I step back and leave it to the higher authorities.
