Perfect Building Server?

I have been in a building mood lately and I have been wanting to build with players instead of playing single player and having no one to be proud with. So I was wondering "Is there a server that me and a group of people and build together and not be restricted by small space or no world edit? (not that I want to use world edit.) It is very strict but I could imagine a server like 2b2t that is its own special server made for builders, so heres the question: Is there a server based for builders? And also, since I want a group for building, I am also recruiting people for my group that I am planning to have.

From this post he wants to build for fun, not for a server. He wants to build up his skills so he might not be that good of a builder, but who knows, he might take your offer.
