Well, been in a constant battle with the setting up of PEX on my McProhosting server. Just now, I thought we got it working after discovering the allowOps variable in config and downloading a premade permissions.yml file for use, but we still can't modify the spawn area even with the highest group rank and op.

What I'm asking for -- Someone who knows how to use PEX who can either guess what's wrong from here or get on the server and explain.
