So this is the facts: We used to have a crappy Admin, and we demoted him. We recently re-promoted him to a Moderator status. We came online the other day, and he had screwed our server.. Reset worlds, destroyed ranks.. I need help to fix /pex, I am opped, however it will not let me re create the ranks, I have no permission to do /pex group..... Please help, I'll PM you the IP.
