Plugin/Web Developer Needed ASAP!

Hello viewers, Im LORDxGamaTasu, I imagine you've maybe seen some of my posts around the forums or maybe my server post, Anyways, Im in the middle of making A Naruto themed Roleplay server, I have ranks and Perms all figured out and plenty of help with building but I figured recruiting a Plugin and Website developer(s) would be very helpful towards my server, Please respond ASAP as all I need is my Jutsu plugin configured and up and running, I also need a clan type system where the players click a sign and thats theyre clan, Which allows them to use 3 Jutsu specifically to THEIR clan, This would also add A suffix, Example; [Player] PlayerName ClanSuffix [NinjaRank]
Being A Web/Plugin developer you get A High rank in the server, Your choice of Special Rank in-game; [Legendary-Sannin], [Akatsuki-Leader], [Supreme-Sage], [Akatsuki-Member], Or A Tailed beast ([JinJurikya]).
