Professional Builders needed! ~XyroCraft~

I've been trying to run a PvP Factions server, but I can't seem to get a spawn point that is decent enough for peoples' liking.
I NEED PROFESSIONAL BUILDERS- THAT ARE MATURE AND ARE TRUSTWORTHY. If you're one of those people who are like, "i willz buidl u epicalz spawn" Will NOT be accepted.
I the main things I need build are:
- Decent sized spawn area/building. ( needs to be creative! not a small little house! )
- A shop area. ( Size doesn't matter. I can make it work )
Any volunteers will be added as the "Builder" rank which gives you privialges that others don't have.
