Age: I am 15 years of age. I will be turning 16 on the 7th August 2014.

Explain your maturity in a few sentences: I see myself as a very mature person. Yes I like to have some fun, but when someone needs help or something needs to be done, then that becomes my priority. Although I am young in age I see that my maturity is way beyond my years.
How hard working are you? I am as hard working as you need me to be. If you give me a project, I will aim to get it done to the highest possible standard within the lowest amount of time. I try to give 100% to all my projects, and aim to make everyones Minecraft experience the best is can possibly be.
How many hours can you dedicate to our project? Like many other 15 year old I go to school and have a job. I would expect that I could be on every spare moment possible. Some weeks this may only end up being 5 hours, but other could be anywhere between 10 - 15 hours.
What previous experience do you have? I have Founder a small Minecraft Server with a player base of around 15 - 20 regulars. I am currently Developing a side project with one of my friends from school, meaning that half the work is cut from me (Leaving more time for this project). I was also a Mod on a server called AusMine, but further resigned.
Do you have any technical knowledge? Yes I do. I specialise is Group Manager. I have written permissions for around 5 different severs all of which the permissions have run smoothly without any errors. I also know the basics of HTML, PermissionsEx and am starting to learn a little Java, JavaScript and C++
Why should we accept you? You should accept me because I am a very determined person. I commit to large projects such as these, and place them very high on my personal priorities. I have a basic understanding of a few different computer languages and know my way around Permissions and Management of Minecraft Servers.

What can you bring that others can't? I can bring the experience of running a Minecraft server. I wrote all of the permissions for my servers and they never failed me once. I know my way around Minecraft like the back of my hand and can give commitment to this major project.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strengths are that I have lots of experience with setting up and managing Minecraft Servers. I understand the fundamentals of Minecraft servers, and can really make servers shine. I am good with people and love to help them whenever I can. To me my biggest weakness is that I can only spend 5 - 15 hours a week on Minecraft (90% of which would go towards this project).
Other Info: When I graduate from University I would like to become a Mobile Application Software Engineer at the Google Development Centre in Sydney Australia.
