how can you help the server:I can help this server because I do not get easlily annoyed by players. I can help players with building,questions,ect.I can also bring people to the server. And not only can i help players,but i can aslo help the staff too.
what are your strengths: Helping players, monitoring server, getting people to stop breaking the rules or just get them out lol, being nice in general
what are your weaknesses: building, being mean to people lol, advanced commands, not like /ban or that stuff.

How can you help the server: By helping the members of your community with plugins(if you have them) and with doing certain builds i.e. mob traps/spawners, awesome houses, but ovcourse making them use there own resources. Also can add some funny quotes at sad times to cheer things up.
What are your stregthens: Building, Helping Others, Finding Great Plugins, Being Part Of Staff, Basic Redstone
What are your weaknesses: Advanced Redstone, Using WorldEdit, Being Mean To People
