Some friends and me are making a Minecraft RP Server based around 360 AD in Britain. There will be massive PvP battles between 3 different faction, the romans, the Dicalydones and the Verturiones [the last ones are pictish tribes]. We will make a map [20000 x 20000 blocks minimal] based of Scotland and north England, and we will have famous buildings and towns like the Vallum Hadrianum and Eboracum and of course the pictish Dun`s :3.
But we are god damn stupid with plugins, so we need help!
So you may apply here and if you get accepted you will get Headmod or even Admin.

Rome has 2 leader (2 Procosules) and not too much democracy
Dicalydones had 1 King and a tribal council (the king has a veto right and may decide some thing, but stil the tribal council must be fine with those dicisions and if the King is not good the coucil may elect another one to be the king)
Verturiones (the same as Dicalydones)
