We're sick and tired of boring, slow, and clunky serverlists. When we first built ServerBooks, it was a simple design. It was clunky, and slow. Everything was listed on one page, there was no voting, and it was on Rails. We introduced v2 about 2 weeks later. This had a much, much better design. However, it still lacked voting and it was still on a nice, but still clunky framework. Then, we met Meteor. It's a backend that's in pure JS. The killer feature was that it was real-time. That meant when we pushed out an update, it would automatically inject it into your browser. When somebody posted a server, it would slide it in there.

We found a project that we could base ServerBooks off of. This one took some effort as well, and we (sadly) had to wipe our small DB of servers. However, we think with the improved design, you'll enjoy it.

While we do not currently have Votifier support, we think it is still a big step forward.
