Say, did you know Mob Spawners can be moved using any Pickaxe with the Silk Touch enchantment?
Spawners also retain their type, and you can even set them using a command: /ss change <MobType>

i have tried the server, and have lots of constructive criticism
what you do with it is up to you

the issue with your server is that you are trying to do too much with it instead of making the things you have worth playing

it starts from the hub, which is massive and overwhelming instead of being an easy to use games menu. i"d recommend you to stop using it altogether.

the "games lobby" is far closer to what a server hub should be like, although it is a terrible idea to spawn players into the beam of a beacon
the signs on the walls are a great idea, the only issue with them is that they are not enough for being the sole navigation, as only 4 of the 8 paths get you closer to the portals. if you get rid of the diagonal walkways you can remove the signs on the floor, players won"t have to doublecheck their path. also, please get rid of the pvp areas in your hubs, you already have kitpvp as a game.

next the notifications, they are simply too much
you are spamming the textbox and displaying self praise on top of the screen, both of which you should stop.
neither should you throw misspelled insults at your players, it takes away from the experience to get called a "dumpass".
also the separation of notifications needs to be improved, for example if i am in a multiplayer game i only want to know about that game, not that someone else joined or left the server somehere different

on to the most important part about a server (no, it is not the hub as yours might want to present it), the actual games
there are far too many for the amount of players you have online
also all of them are games that can be played on other servers with more players, so currently none would be a major loss if removed
i"d recommend you to take most of them offline, promote the remaining ones so they are full with players throughout the day, and when they are running well get the other games up one by one.

going through the list, those are my recommendations:
spleef: not finished OFF
pvp: is in use KEEP
paintball: needs little players for a game to start, fun minigame KEEP
skyblock: mostly a singleplayer game, server needed little OFF
parkour: done better on other servers OFF
sburb: no multiplayer needed OFF
hunger games: no players OFF
sky wars: nice that you are using actual skywars maps, not floating pvp maps, but too little players OFF
tntrun: no players OFF
faction: too little players for multiplayer OFF
survival: too little players for multiplayer OFF
creative: with your open map it works even when players are on at different times KEEP

sorry if it seems harsh, but it is entirely honest
