I would be able to be online 10-12 hours a day to continue to develop the server and resolve any bugs/errors that may arise. I am dedicated and will face whatever challenges are thrown at me. I have been working with minecraft and development work for a long time and think this would be a great opportunity for me to continue giving back and be involved a new server.

Experience: I have owned 2 servers, both shut down, one happened to be a prison, it was pretty good, but didn't get any donations, which is the reason it shut down. I have been staff on a couple of prison servers, one of the prison servers reaching over 60 players, which was pretty sweet. I was once mod on a server where us mods had to watch hacked client videos so it would be pretty obvious if somebody was hacking. I think those are all of the notable experiences I have had.
How will you help: I can help by watching for x-rayers in the mines, and forcefield, kill aura, etc. in pvp. As i said before I was once mod on a server where us mods had to watch hacked client videos so I will be pretty good in that area.

I'm not trying to be offensive. However, I believe a plugin developer would be someone who codes and develops plugins not just uses them. If anything you would be a plugin manager.
We accept both. Even if they have one of those priorities, we are still in use in them.

Also, I have the most experience with Moderator, as I've had this rank over 20 times on different servers, and the ones I stayed on for over 2 months were mostly the ones I had Moderator on.
How will you help: I can do WorldGuard, I am amazing with WorldEdit, I can be on a lot so that I can Moderate the chat, and I can build for the server. Pretty much, I can do anything, except manage and create plugins.

For 5 years, all I've done is play Minecraft(Outside of School Work, Eating, Chores, Etc.) and Team Fortress 2. I've also been Staff on over 75 servers, which is a lot... Experience: I've been searching for all servers 1.7.9 "looking for staff" and anyone I have gotten staff on, I've helped by removing hackers, spammers and griefers* [*When griefing isn't allowed] and I'll help you in the same way, My way of doing it is I give them three warnings in chat saying "Please stop what you're doing" If that doesn't work, "Hey, what do you think you're doing STILL doing what I asked you not to" and if even that doesn't work, I say "Alright, next time your getting a kick" If not that, kick, temp ban for an hour and then temp-ban for a day, and then permanently ban them. Isn't that a lot?
How will you help the server: It's pretty much up in the "Experience" bit.
