Why do you want to be staff? I've been looking a long time for a server with any sort of established government, I have 2 years of experience staffing servers and am well versed in most aspects of the game (building, redstone, pvp/pve) I am chock full of great ideas (I have a couple already for the server and will gladly tell you even if im not accepted for staff!)
Other: Im starting school again soon so my schedules gonna be a bit wonky in the next week or so

What i will do if i see someone greifing: I would either ban them for about 1-4 mounths or if there was a jail i would put them there for about 6 mounths.
If someone was hacking: I would Ban them forever no questions asked.
