Me and my buddy have a server about a month in the making. Currently we have a couple staff members but we need trustworthy minecraft addicts who would be dedicated to helping the server. Why should I be picked?:I am easy to get along with and can handle problems quickly and efficently. Unlike some staff, I have never abused commands or degraded anyone in any way.
Other info: Great builder, premium account, Great with commands.
Leader type: I tend to give 3 warnings for anything minor, like spamming/fighting in the chatbox. After 3 warnings I will kick the offender, and if they continue, they get a mute.
If they still break rules after that, I ask for permission to ban them before taking that action.

In minecraft i'm pretty good at building and if i need redstone done i'll figure out, but i would have to say my strong suit is i'm good with like details and decoration. Your probably thinking decoration -_- really, but i have a really good eye for it and if you let me on the server you'll see.
I think i should be on the server because, i'm a very trustworthy person and i think i would do a lot of good things for the server.

Ever been banned? Sadly, yes. One time for threatening to give a server a bad review since the owner wouldn't stop his admins from spawnkilling me. Two and Three for griefing team aVo targets. I don't grief anymore though. And four/five for... no reason. I was banned by someone abusing admin the first of those two, and the second no one on the server is really sure.
I am not very good with building, or plugins.
