Plugin skill: I'm going to start at a 5, but I'll learn up to my 10 within days just by reading the plugin "/help"s.

Are you experienced with being staff?When I played every day I was so experienced I worked my way up the chain to head admin on two server and I became "close skype friends" with both owners. Basically, I know how to treat players, and I know who needs to do what in order to keep things running smoothly with the least amount of stress on each admin and owner available.
Why we should pick you: I'm not here to abuse power over players, just to be a part of something bigger than one player building on random servers..
What can you bring to the server?New ideas, peace, silly conversation, giggles, beautiful buildings, and a shoulder for the players to cry on.
Leadership Skills:Calm head, ability to work things out in the quickest, easiest way while making sure all parties are happy with said decision or action, ability to tell others what to do without making them feel controlled, and overall my undying friendliness assures I can be the admin the players are thrilled to see come online.

Plugin Skill: 6-8 just depends. I'm really good with PermissionsEX/Groupmanager.

Skype: VolcalicJaguar
Are you experienced with being staff: Yes. I have a lot of experience. I have owned servers in the past. Most recently I was staff-manager on a server. I have also been admin, and other ranks in some less populated servers.
Why we should pick you: I'm very experienced. I'm really good with permission plugins. I'm also in my opinion a good builder. I can keeps servers under cobtrol, and am active unless something is going on outside of minecraft.
What can you bring to the server? My experience and knowledge of leading other staff members. Also, I have a YouTube channel that I may be able to record on here for.
Leadership skills: Some of my skills are keeping players calm when they are arguing. Also skills on keeping the staff team doing their jobs.
