[size=130]The Rising is much in need of staff. As staff, you will be respected and credited for all your works. We are currently looking for 1-2 Developers to custom code the events, 3-4 Mods to help new players and make sure hackers stay away, and 1-2 Builders to help make the awesome creations on the server like spawn, arenas or buildings.

[size=150]Developers:[/size]
[size=130]The developer’s job is to custom code certain things for the events. To be a dev, you need to know how to custom code different types of bukkit plugins and have Java experience. If you can only code certain types of plugins, you CAN learn how to make different types, as long as you get the plugin done. You need to be 15 years or older and have made at least one plugin before that you can show me. You CAN get paid for each plugin you develop, depending on whether you want to get paid and how well it is developed.[/size]

[size=130]The builder’s job is to… well… build. We need a variety of builders, based on what type of building you are good at (Houses, landscaping, arenas, exterior, interior, decoration, art ECT.) and what style of building you have (Old English, Nordic, modern, city, rural ETC.). To be a builder, you need to have enough time on your hands to be on building projects for the server. You need to be 14 years or older and have had experience of being a builder before.[/size]

[size=130]The mod’s job is to help new players, make sure everyone follows the rules, and keep nasty hackers away. You need to be 14 years old or higher and need to have knowledge of ALL Essentials and Ore logger commands. YOU WILL BE TESTED ON THIS. You need to be a responsible, mature player at needed times, but can also slack off and have fun when there’s nothing to be done. You also need to have experience of being mod before.[/size]

[size=130]To apply, you need to first fill out the very simple, very short staff app below. After that, I will contact you on Skype to set up a longer, more developed interview that will be via messaging, not by Skyping. The interview will take place tonight before Friday January 2nd. Late at night today, I will announce staff and then whitelist the accepted staff members on January 2nd, 2015.[/size]
