Joining:
Basically, when you join the server for the first time, you're a guest and you can't do anything. Complete a simple quiz ingame to promote yourself to Regular player. Being a regular player allows you to build.

* - LWC. Automatically protects placed chests, furnances, signs etc. You can use it to lock your doors too. You can also share chests with friends, or lock them with a password.
** - Chairs plugin, which allows you to sit on stairs in special cases.
*** - Trains plugin, which allows you to create minecarft trains. A train of multiple minecarts can be pushed or pulled by locomotive (minecart with furnance). Trains with locomotives do not require powered rails.
